How We Obtain Your Personal Information.

From Applicants

We may collect your personal information when you access our website looking for employment opportunities. You may also give us this information by e-mail, in person, on paper, over the telephone, or by any other means. Of course, any inquiry about employment requires that you give us certain information about yourself, such as your name, address, phone number, employment experience, skills, licenses, certifications, and education.

From Employees

So that we can process payroll and provide certain benefits for each employee, we need information about our employees, such as hours worked, personal information, and a social security number. Some of our temporary employees may enter their weekly time worked into Adroit’s online timekeeping system, or they may enter their time into the online timekeeping systems used by our clients, who share that information with us. All information collected will be protected by this Privacy Policy.

We may obtain information about you through the technology we use. This technology includes:

Web Beacons – We may collect anonymous information from your visits to our sites through the use of “web beacons.”  Web beacons do not access your personal information. Instead, they allow us to count users who have visited our website. This anonymous information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.” We or our vendors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics in order to help us provide better customer service. Cookies –Cookies are packets of information sent from a Web server to a Web browser that are created for users who log in to our website. The cookies do not store personal information beyond a user’s name and email address, and are removed when the user leaves the site.

Usage Tracking Software — We may use Web usage tracking software to log the IP address of each individual user. This information would only be used only to determine Web site usage. We would not match these IP addresses with personally identifiable information such as names and addresses.

When job opportunities arise that may match an applicant’s skills and experience, we sometimes will communicate with you by e-mail. If at any time you want to discontinue receipt of these emails simply reply with a message that communicates your wishes.

How We May Share Your Private Information

Adroit Partners does not disclose any of your personal information gathered from our website to persons outside of our company with the following exception: we share personal information our customers that are interested in filling job positions (whether temporary or direct hire) that match the qualifications found on a user’s resume. Personal contact information (such as your name and address) is excluded from the resume before it is shared with the interested party.

We use other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as health-care benefits, and by providing that information you consent to the disclosure of that information to these companies. We may also send your personal data to marketing companies who will then contact you to determine your feedback and satisfaction with our services. We will only provide these companies with the personal information they need to deliver the service we have requested. We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of your records. We do not alter your information before sharing it with third parties, except for removing your contact information under certain circumstances (i.e. when providing your resume to a potential employer.)
